上了大概10++次的Yoga Class。。
觉得一个星期没上到一堂课，会全身痒痒的。。
觉得就该在家里拉拉筋或弯弯腰什么的。。

第一次上课，真的有点忍受不了。。
我的骨头有够硬。。弯腰时，手指尖都碰不到脚趾。。
现在嘛。。至少有一点小进步。。可以碰到地板了。。。:)

我希望会越来越进步。。只要肯努力。。一定可以的。。加油！！

基本动作：

-Standing-Forward Bend Pose-

这是我最爱做的Pose...可是我的和她差很多o.. :P

-Downward-Dog Pose-
我觉得这个动作,手很累,没力,可是老师说,如果做的对,手是不会很用力的...我还是领悟不到 >.< -Plank Pose-

我的手没力啊..很自然的屁股就会向上..应该像她这样一直线的才对 >.< -Knee-Chest-Chin Pose-
要从Plank变成这个动作不容易的..胸口和下巴很难下到地哦...又是手没力，下去时，手会发抖..

-Cobra Pose-
这个嘛..我的手和肩膀一直做错.. 真的没天份.. :P

新学的动作：

-Camel Pose-
第一次，完全不敢弯下去..要老师扶着我的腰才能下去 :P

-Dolphin Pose-
这个也是很用手的力，我做一两下就做child pose休息去 :P

-Child Pose-
这个是不是容易很多leh，好像在拜神酱，呵呵!!休息够了才继续Dolphin Pose

-Half Pigeon Pose-
对不起我的partner,辛苦你帮我调屁股位子..脚好痛哦..


-Wheel Pose-
这个一直都做不到..希望下次办得到!! :)
